Negotiated Hotels

We have negotiated preferential rates for conference delegates in several hotels listed below, and have booked a number of rooms in each of them. However, as the room availability cannot be guaranteed at late dates (please consider the deadline for each option), we strongly suggest reserving your stay as soon as possible. Please note that the transport between the hotels and the Conference venue is not foreseen by the organization.
